"Exceptional full breakfast, room was perfect, staff were friendly, rooftop seating bar area was fun and clean. Another amazing Hyatt stay. This is why we call ourselves "Hyatt people"."

"This is the best value location in Eugene-Springfield area with full amenities. I see some less than 5star reviews but I experienced professionalism with check-in, and extending. Suite and property was clean ans as advertised with good location near shops, restaurants as well as public transit stop out front."

"Parking is too tight for cars, they should allow reversing in for ease of getting out. Multiple loud arguments and fights taking place in other rooms throughout the night. Very hard to sleep as noise carried."

"The location was convenient to where we needed to be. And the staff when we checked in was nice and helpful. The rooms need to be cleaned better and need major updating. The beds were not comfortable and the floors were noisy."

"Great location near Univ of Oregon. Clean spacious room with inside corridors, if you request the “hotel”section of the property. Comfortable bed, super helpful staff. Cons: lots of stairs leading into building makes it difficult to handle luggage. Interior elevator is slow. Bathroom is very small and shower head is lower than normal. Lots of road noise starting at 5 am every morning."
