"The interior and exterior was clean. Staff was nice and even delt with a drunk guest with calmness. The room was clean except there was crumbs on the bed and a dirty pillow. Didn't have breakfast, wasn't sure if they had one. Hot tub, there were very little culk floating around but wasnt super nasty. The jets weren't all strong. The stronger ones are by the timer. Otherwise place was nice and quiet. Also has a bar and lots of close places to shop."

"Staff at this hotel were very pleasant and our stay was better than expected. We originally thought they only offered a continental breakfast - that was wrong! They had a hot fresh breakfast every day and the food was excellent! There was one person working breakfast and she never let anything run out despite how many people were eating. They left fruit and cereal out all day so you can have some if you wanted. I loved this for my picky child who only wanted cereal to eat. We have never stayed at an AmericInn before and were prepared to be disappointed, needless to say we were not disappointed at all. Our only set back were the rooms were a little on the smaller side for the 4 of us but we figured it out and our stay was absolutely perfect! The water pressure in the shower was amazing! If we are in the area again we will choose this hotel. This particular trip brought us to Stevens Point due to a soccer tournament. To close - excellent, excellent, excellent customer service! Keep up the great work! "
