It was a good experience. My wife and I went to a wedding at theYO Ranch and being from Sherman, we wanted to get closer so we wouldn't have a big drive on the day! The hotel was good! Right off highway we needed to be on. Very comfortable, slept well.

It was very nice. Older property, a little worn probably because they get a lot of people traveling through. The rooms were clean. Quite area. We took a walk around nearby neighborhood and then checked out local diner.

Stopped by to view the clear night sky at the South Llano state park. Checked in quite late- Staff was responsive. 5 star eco rating- there were deer grazing by the lobby window when we pulled up!

For what you pay it is a nice motel. This is an old small motel. It’s clean, quiet and has comfortable beds. Not a five star place but we stay here regularly when we are in this area. Will continue to use this place.

We’ve stayed here before and it’s a very comfortable hotel. However, this visit, the fire alarm kept going off at 4 am. Just as we would get back to sleep, it would go off again. We finally just got up and got an extra early start to our day. Other than the alarm, it was all wonderful.
