Great location for the air show! Love the Tiki envoronment. Very few restruants within walking distance. Brunch was ok. But the cooked-fresh menu was SO much better. 2 specific items of note: * You pay for the Gelato before getting it. A VERY simple sign above the gelato would save a LOT of aggrevation. ...

Westgate Cocoa Beach Resort
Walls are thin and you hear everything. Parking can be difficult if you’re in the front buildings. Beach is behind the 700 building. Nice pool and several sitting areas. Water pressure is excellent.
