The beds where a bit hard, but still confortable with an additional pillow per bed. The location was good, close to various shops and the Lotte mall, we could walk for dinner and to many convenience stores."

"Staff very friendly and housekeeping are very responsive. Lobby can get pretty busy and it is nice being connected to a department mall with a grocery/deli in the basement. The perfume used in the hotel though was pretty strong in the hallways. "
