"Staff was awesome & my room was clean & in good condition. The room was VERY small (single king) & there wasn’t a closet. The bathroom was a decent size though. There was a nice little fridge, & a little single cup coffee maker, but no microwave. The TV remote worked the first night, but stopped working after that. It’s in a busy, but nice area. There was always decent parking available, but on Saturday morning the lot was VERY very full. It could be a problem on a weekend if you came in very late. It wasn’t the quietest stay I’ve had, but I’ve stayed at louder places. The bed was comfortable enough, & the linens are what you would expect for the price. I never felt unsafe, (single female traveling with a service dog) but definitely made sure I brought anything of value in from the parking lot/my car. It’s a very good value if you just need a decent/clean place to sleep at night. "

"In a few words it was as if I had gone inside a movie set for a drug/ crack house. The property was dirty. There were wholes punished through both sides of the bathroom door, light fixtures were missing, cigarette burns on bed sheets, human hair on bedsheets, floor was filthy. I was moved to a second room the same night. The conditions were the same. The security latch on the inside of the door was missing. One room on the bottom floor was boarded up with plywood. I was terrified to sleep there. I took pictures of both rooms. I requested immediate cancellation and refund request thru both motel 6 and Expedia. I am still waiting "

"The staff was terrible no welcome smile or hello. The breakfast was poor could of had eggs and sausage plus a little more. The hot had a cold hose running on it the jets did not work the rooms door handle almost came off in my hand had to call maintenance to fix it. The beds were hard and room was small could of been a better price for the poor service"

"The hot tub has been broken down for a long time according to the front desk staff. The hot tub was the reason that property was picked above others. The buttons in my heater/air conditioner were all ripped off so I had to push random "buttons" to try to get it turned on and to the correct mode and temperature. Breakfast was an absolute joke. No juices, no eggs, no meats, etc. Never staying there again."

"The room was pretty disappointing. It didn’t look like it had been cleaned very well — the microwave still had rice and red tomato sauce stains, and the bathroom sink and countertop were also stained. The kitchen could have used a much better cleaning too. A few things also seemed old and poorly maintained. The lamp should really be replaced with an LED one, and the fridge looks like it’s from another era and was very noisy. On top of that, the whole building was loud, and people were making noise late at night, even though quiet hours were supposed to start at 10 p.m. The photos on Hotels.com really should show the room the way it actually is."

"Our room was really gross. We were immediately hit in the face by the smell of mildew upon entering our room. Couch was so stained that we didn’t sit on it. Bathroom had broken fixtures. Bathtub was dirty. Some sort of substances on the walls. They were sold out so we couldn’t switch rooms. "

"Breakfast was great. Everything was clean and friendly staff. My only complaint is that we were right next to basketball and they were out there until almost midnight and front desk said quite time was 8am."
