"Centrally located in the metro area. Easy access to shopping & dining (walked to PF Changs 1mile each way). We appreciate this place so much for the friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, quiet facility, ample parking, free breakfast and amazing value! The pricing seems to be higher, probably due to "ski season" but my research shows that it is still amazing value for a room of this quality in a great location. We hope the rates go back down when it's not "winter". My Quote marks are because this winter ski season has been dismal at best. Keep up the good work, our friends at Crystal Inn Midvalley! See you next time!"

"Parking was easy. Sidewalks were filthy the room was in terrible condition needing a lot of repairs. The she was clean. There was only one at bottom sheet nothing on top. No remote for the television this place needs a complete overhaul"

"Despite having a specific room booked 10+ days in advance, the hotel staff called me a few hours before check in to inform me that the room had been overbooked. They asked to call me back so they could see what they could do. They didn't call back. After an hour, I called them and was asked to wait for their call which would be in a few minutes. They didn't call back. I had traveled from out of state and began to panic a bit of not having an accommodation large enough for the family. I called them back and talked to the manager. She was very kind and we worked on a few different solutions including two neighboring rooms and possibly two adjoining rooms. She was worried because the hotel was almost at capacity. No my problem as I had a reservation... After some time, she was able to "move others around" so I could have two ajoining rooms. As compensation for the switch in rooms and the inconvenience of it all, they gave me water bottles, 3 Twix candy bars, two small bags of chips, and a few individual packages of cookies. When I checked in, I did ask for some compensation for the whole inconvenience. The manager was very kind, but she declined saying I was getting TWO rooms for the price of one. They had already comped out the second room. Well I wouldn't have needed a second room if I had received the two bedroom suite I had reserved nearly two weeks earlier. I was extremely tired and ready to just get the vacation started, I dropped it. "

"The stay was extremely disappointing. At check-in, the employee was rude and unprofessional. He barely acknowledged me, seemed annoyed I interrupted him, and asked confusing questions instead of basic ones like my name. I had booked two beds, yet he repeatedly questioned it and acted frustrated. He also charged a higher pet fee than what was listed online. Later that night, we asked for an extra blanket and pillow. We were told to come back at 11 PM, and when we did, staff argued over who would help us. They said no extra pillows, and when we asked about a blanket, one replied, “you know you can just turn the heater up.” That was dismissive—we weren’t cold, we just needed a blanket. They said they’d bring one, but never did. By midnight, we gave up, and I ended up sleeping with just a sheet. The staff were also openly complaining about other guests, which felt very unprofessional. The room had a strong chemical smell that triggered my asthma, and I developed hives after being in the bed, likely from the detergent. Overall, I would not recommend this property and would not stay here again."

"Do not stay at this property!!!!! The pool does not work. It is next to a nasty abandoned hotel and a rocks throw from a busy interstate. The staff is extremely rude. The breakfast was disgusting. Hard bagels and sour cream cheese. I was woke up both nights i stayed by yelling and cussing in the hallway. Zero hot water for showers. "

"AC worked great, super nice to have the fold out couch for the kid, everything was clean, breakfast was good, friendly staff. Reasonably convenient to the ski areas while still being well priced. Would definitely return."
