The rates are more then reasonable Enjoy our stay everytime we've stayed. We visit family often after moving out of state over 3 years ago. The family who runs the motel are very friendly and helpful. They have been remodeling the rooms, without any disturbance to us. I don't know if it's because of the motel being off the beat and track that it has a low rating, but it really shouldn't. Set on a hill, you have a gorgeous view of nearby mountains and fields. Very quiet room, did not hear anyone else in the halls. Hot and cold breakfast had lots of options. Dunkin Donuts was a short walk and located in the front of the hotel. Very comfortable mattresses is a big plus for us!

We were in the area for a Penn State game. It was a bit out of the area from the stadium but it was worth being off the beaten path. The room was accommodating for the over night stay and very clean. The gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant at check in. Would definitely stay there again.
