"We stayed 1 night, would not stay here again. My husband's first comment was how the ceiling looked like a body outline. Bathroom was dirty, toothpaste spray all over the cheap stick on backsplash, which was also coming off. Long black hair on the tub and in the corners. Grout on floor tiles was filthy. Obvious water damages through the whole unit which were not properly fixed, just "bandaid" fixed. The floor was very sticky, my shoes stuck to all the floors. Breakfast was barely adequate. Although the staff was trying to help out, the selection was poor, most were empty. Only one piece of fruit, one muffin, and one ketchup packet was available."

"Hotel undergoing renovations which we were not made aware of at booking so no laundry facilities or leisure facilities. Work ongoing during the day which was noticed. Hotel indeed tired and room showing signs of age although views were good over the marina etc. one bottle of water and two coffee cartridges in room which when two in the room seemed a bit mean but managed to catch one of the staff who happily gave me more coffee. Breakfast was included which was perfectly adequate with lovely staff on hand if anything required. Parking an additional charge at $7 which seemed reasonable but would have thought that could have been waived due to renovations and lack of facilities available. Location met our needs but if we had been made aware of renovations we would not have booked."

"Excellent facility, quiet clean rooms. Breakfast offered many choices hot and cold with plenty of seating. Staff all extremely welcoming. Reception staff asked what floor I would like my room to be on, don't get asked that very often. Best hotel in Sydney."
