"The location was great. Very spacious and comfortable place. Check-in, we weren’t told we had to get to the apartment from the canal side or that it was top floor by stairs only. We were helped by a lady who lived on the other side apartments to find our block. The microwave was broken. We ran out of toilet paper and no replacements and there were hairs still in the shower drain. The towels were also damp and musty. Not many implements to cook with, so glad we only had 1 night. "The hotel is very modern and well equipped. The atmosphere was nice and cosy. The only issue was it was noisy on the 5th floor and waitresses were late to add more food during breakfast: a lot of dishes were empty so we needed to ask them to bring more food."
