"Schon als ich ankam, war niemand da, der eine Bestandsaufnahme machen konnte... Ich musste den Besitzer anrufen, der mir sagte, dass er sie unter einen Topf hinter der Unterkunft gestellt hatte... also keine Bestandsaufnahme am Eingang und keine Ausgabe mehr. .. also kennen wir unseren Verbrauch (Heizung, Strom, Wasser usw.) nicht, dann von den 9 Zimmern... eines war wegen eines Wasserlecks außer Betrieb, von den 4 Duschen liefen 3 nicht mehr ab ... bei 20 Personen ist es ziemlich kompliziert......

L’endroit est calme, propre et parfaitement équipé, avec tout le matériel nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. The house is very clean and spacy with a beautiful kitchen including all modern appliances. Short drive to excellent sites in Ardennes, like Bastogne, Houffalize, La Roche, Achouffe or Clervaux. Wij zijn hier tijdens de kerstdagen geweest en er stond een mooie kerstboom. Het uitzicht vanuit het huis is fantastisch. De omgeving is prachtig, mooie wandelingen gemaakt. Er zijn genoeg uitstapjes te maken in de omgeving. In het huis zijn er genoeg folders aanwezig om ideeën op te doen. Supermarkt is goed...

"The reception area was convenient and the check in process was easy. The gentleman escorted me to the room and explained which doors would be available during evening hours. He also gave a brief explanation of how everything in the room worked (lights, air conditioning) and pointed out the refrigerator as well as the coffee maker and condiments. The touch of leaving a couple of water bottles in the refrigerator for us was very much appreciated. "
