- POSHPADZ since 2006 a name you can trust. Our brand new luxury Bella Lago is a ground floor 2 bed 2 bath (sleeps 6 with luxury Air Mattress) ground floor unit with large private patio screened overlooking community lake. The unit is located on the ground floor and offers a large outdoor patio which abuts Carlin Beach Park which is located just across from Jupiter Beach. There is even a George Foreman Grill on the patio! The community offers a heated pool, tennis courts, basketball court and racquetball court. Short walk to the beach from unit. Please note: all POSHPADZ properties come with a starter pack of 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, dishwasher tabs, hand soap, hotel size shampoo and conditioner, starter laundry detergent, starter garbage bags.
