"Arrived late (2am) due to flight delay and when arrived no one was at front desk to check me in. I was calling for 30 mins and was thinking about where I would stay for the night if no one showed up. Finally front desk woke up and checked me in!"

"As it appears, the place was renovated in recent years: everything was clean and functioned well. Also the staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is free and close to your room. The location is near to Singer Island and the small downtown of Lake Park."

"Stayed here multiple times and this room was not like previous. Room had multiple areas of things being worn out and not visibly pleasing. The door wouldn’t shut all the way and could hear all kind of noises and feel the heat from outside."

"The room was clean, breakfast was good with lots of choices. Kris was very helpful with our large party. It goes down hill when Saturday night fire alarm, 11:30pm, had us evacuate. From then on, the elevator was out of order. We're on the 4th flr, no one ever asked if we would like a room change to a lower floor. It would have been nice if someone from the hotel reached out to ask how we were or gave us an option. I will never stay here again because no one made an attempt to reach out to any of...
