"I had bugs in my room. The kitchen area was decent. My room smelled bad..like intense body odor and was hard to sleep. I had to go to the store for odor sprays and disinfectants. Then an fire alarm went off at 6am for testing when it was scheduled for 9a. This alram wasnt a normal fire alarm sound. It was a piercing long beep. I eneded up with a severe headache that effected my vision and ringing in my ears. I had a big meeting that I couldn't do. I requested a refund at the front desk and left. The staff was helpful and understanding but dealing with Expedia is going to be the problem with the process. Between the two I am considering small claims court. So Bugs, bad odor and not able to sleep comfortably."

"Breakfast is wonderful. The staff is wonderful. It's clean the maids are working all day hard keeping this place clean. The front desk staff is wonderful. If you need to stay for the night or the week or the month this is a comfortable place to do it. It can definitely be a home away from home. And if you have animals it's probably the best place that you can choose. These people know hospitality and they do it right. "

"The room was clean but smelled VERY strongly of cleaning product chemicals when we arrived at 5pm. We left and returned at 9pm and the smell was still strong. It is directly across the street from EQC casino and a busy road so it is VERY loud. We could not sleep the entire night. They require a $60 in cash only deposit that you get back at check out. Just fyi. The parking was easy and close to the room. There were rooms designated on the bottom floor for people with disabilities that were just a few steps from the handicap parking spaces. The price was good, but be prepared to air it out for the strong smell and to bring earplugs or headphones. It had a tv, fridge, and microwave. But the noise and chemical smell need to be addressed. Also some of the outlets were loose and also did not work. "

"My room was relatively clean. The main concern I'd have for people is that the area is quite busy all through the night. If you are noise sensitive, this may not be the place to stay - lots of traffic type noise from big trucks hauling loads to and from the area. I chose this hotel due to its proximity to the Port, and it worked perfectly for my needs. Breakfast was good, easily on par with other competitor hotels offering the same convenience. Staff was on point - very friendly and kind."
