The space
The apartment was designed with great attention to detail in a calm, contemporary minimalist style.

Sleeping: king-size bed and a full-size sofa bed.

Kitchen: stove, fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, cookware and dishes. Tea, coffee, oil and spices are provided.

Bathroom: shower, washing machine, hairdryer, towels and toiletries.

Also included: Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, blackout shades, extra pillows and blankets.

Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire apartment. Self check-in – instructions are sent before arrival.

Parking: There is no private parking for this apartment. Free public parking is available on Dzintaru prospekts right along the building – there are two parking pockets on the street where you can leave your car.

The neighbourhood
The building stands on the first line by the beach in Dzintari, a quiet, green part of Jūrmala: the sandy beach and the sea on one side, the pine forest and Dzintari Forest Park on the other. Beachfront restaurants are a minute`s walk away, and Jomas iela is about a 20–30 minute walk.

Getting around
The easiest ways to get around Jūrmala are on foot along the beach, by bike, or with Bolt taxis and e-scooters. Trains to Riga run regularly from Dzintari station. If you come by car, free street parking is available in two parking pockets on Dzintaru prospekts along the building (no private parking).

Good to know
House rules in short: no smoking in the apartment or anywhere in the building; please take off your shoes indoors; no parties or outside visitors without prior approval; pets are not allowed.
Please follow a few simple rules, during your stay:
· Do not smoke in the flat, halls, and building territory. There is a penalty for smoking in a flat and building territory of 200 EUR.
· Take off your shoes, when entering the flat.
· Pets are not allowed.
· No parties, no outside visitors without previous approval from your host.
· If you break or damage something, you should let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
