Family private house, 400m to the beach

Welcome to a spacious 2-bedroom house in the heart of Jurmala (Dubulti). Enjoy the atmosphere of Jurmala by living in a perfect location: the house is 400 meters from the Baltic Sea Beach and famous restaurants – 36. Line Grill and Georgian cuisine restaurant Kinza House. Moreover, two groceries are located within a 3-minute walking distance. The location is very strategically convenient, and quiet, and will be a perfect match to rest and enjoy your holidays this season truly.

The space
A spacious, fully equipped holiday house for up to 6 guests.

Bedrooms: two separate bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and a single bed; plus a day bed.

Kitchen & living: open living space with kitchen – gas hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and dining table. Cosy fireplace.

Bathroom: bathtub, washing machine and dryer.

Work: a dedicated working desk and Wi-Fi.

Outdoors: spacious terrace with hammock, dining and sitting areas, garden and barbecue grill.

Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire house, terrace and garden. Two free parking spaces are reserved for guests. Self check-in – instructions are sent before arrival.

The neighbourhood
The house is in a quiet street in Dubulti, in the heart of Jūrmala, only 400 m from the Baltic Sea beach. Popular restaurants such as 36.Line Grill and the Georgian restaurant Kinza House are nearby, and two grocery stores are a 3-minute walk away.

Getting around
The beach, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Trains to Riga run regularly from Dubulti station. Bolt taxis and e-scooters are available. Two free parking spaces are provided for guests arriving by car.

Good to know
House rules in short: no smoking indoors, no pets. Please keep noise down in the evenings out of respect for the neighbours.

Parking: free street parking near the building – please follow the street signs. Jūrmala entry fee for cars (all non-electric cars, all year): €5 per day; passes for 7 days €20 and 30 days €60. How to pay: 1) online on the official Visit Jūrmala website (section `Buy an entry pass`) or in the Mobilly, EuroPark or Citadele app – enter your car plate number and date of entry; 2) or at a pass machine (card only): Majori car park, Lienes iela 5; near Dzintari Concert Hall, Turaidas iela 1; under the Dzintari railway overpass on Edinburgas prospekts; Priedaine near the Lielupe bridge; RIMI Lielupe car park, Viestura iela 22; near Dubulti railway station; 3) or at the Jūrmala Tourist Information Centre, Lienes iela 5. Pay by 23:59 on the day you drive in (before or after entering). A pass is needed for every day you drive into Jūrmala, so for several days the 7-day pass (€20) is the best value; a forgotten day can still be paid online for the previous day.
House rules:
• No smoking anywhere in the apartment or building (penalty 200 EUR).
• No parties or events.
• Quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00.
• No pets.
• We don`t have luggage storage before check-in or after check-out – paid KeepMyBag luggage storage is available in Riga Old Town.
• Please let us know about any damage so it can be repaired or replaced.
