"Horrible Experience....We booked two rooms for 25th Dec in advance. The receptionist Sambit also confirmed the booking at his end. When we reached on the 25th Dec to our shock we came to know there was no booking reserved, when checked with Sambit he conveniently denied any communication but when we showed him our call details he acknowledged he did confirm the booking. "The photos on website is or old the rooms are and interior cutlery are very old compared to what shows on website. I hate to say but felt I spent more money than the it's worth. I spent at least 200rs less than this hotel with better quality. I wouldn't rule out visiting but hotel is not worth a ton of money."
