"Staff at check-in (Angela) was outstanding. And when I had a question at 11:09 pm and sent a text I received an immediate response, and that person was courteous in helping me find the switches to turn off the ambient lighting. My complaint in that area was next day when shower temperature was luke warm at best and toilet was plugged and calling front desk was not working (literally, the phone did not work, and never did both days I was there) and I never did receive a response to my text. I left and when I came back in the afternoon the host acknowledged my text, and said he tried to bring me a plunger but I wasn't in my room. He also said he couldn't come in the room without my permission which cannot be true because house keeping does it all the time and I specifically requested someone to address a problem. Pretty much blew off the water temperature thing as a fluke, but it was the same on day two. Breakfast was good, room was spotless, beds comfortable, so I would probably give it another chance, but those issues mentioned above were offputting"
