"This is a review of Family Beach Penthouse at Malibu Beach Condos in Loiza. The condo itself lives up to all the superlatives in all the other reviews. It has a great location with an easy walk to the pool area and beach, just a few minutes away. The ocean is visible from the condo and it is so relaxing seeing it and watching it change colors as clouds move over the area. The beach was beautiful with a great mix of trees which provide shade as well as plenty of sunny spots. The water was beautiful, with surf ranging from gentle to churned up, depending on the day. We were able to enjoy the beach every day. The condo has a beautiful rooftop patio which we used a lot, from having morning coffee to stargazing at night. It’s beautifully landscaped with a wonderful tropical feel. Just be prepared for when the mosquitoes come out (repellant was provided) just after sunset. The owner has enclosed a portion of the roof top patio where you will find comfortable seating as well as a pool table available for use, which we did several times. The bedrooms were comfortable and each had individual air conditioning units. We did not add on the A/C unit in the main living area. While it was warm during the day, we were at the beach and pool so did not need it. There was a beautiful breeze and the weather was very cooperative while we were there.Overall, we were all very pleased with our stay and have this unit high on our list of places to return to. "

"Great, long beach, right there, perfect pool, lovely place, just as described. Bosque del Mar is a quiet, relaxing family environment, no loud music, adorable little children with loving parents and grandparents, everyone is very nice, gave us great restaurant suggestions, go to Oceano out on Rt 3, small, informal, best fish tacos ever, El Yunque rain forest is right there, spectacular drive (be careful on the curves) Wilda, our hostess is wonderful! Emailed us perfect directions in advance, be sure to use Siri, she can tell you how to get to places very easily and correctly. We had a great time, away from the ice and snow, highly recommend!"

"Jose was awesome! Suggested Culebra for a day visit. My daughter loved Flamenco Playa. There is a mercado close by. Panzi Pizza is just down the street. Super clean. Great communication. I will be back!"

"We loved everything about this rental! Our family of four spent a week here. Loved being able to rotate between the beach (which we had to ourselves most times!) and the pool. It was about 40 minutes to Old San Juan and an hour from the rain forest. Loved having a washer and dryer. Our family played cornhole on the rooftop patio every night after the sun went down. The property manager was great at handling the issues we had getting into the condo. Answered immediately and took care of it within seconds. Highly recommend!"

"The Malibu Beach condo was perfect. It was clean and contained everything you would need from beach chairs, toys, games, towels, and all the cooking utensils and pots and pans you would need. The oven view is lovely and we greatly enjoyed the beach. Luis and Mayra were quick to respond to questions by text. I highly recommend this condo for a peaceful, relaxing spot in between your explorations of Puerto Rico."

Housekeeping was awesome, Jesus made the best Negronis at the Casa Grande bar. Breakfast staff, particularly Noel, were super friendly and helpful with local tips and suggestions - always a great way to start each day"
