International Colony 35 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage that offers all the cozy comforts from home while still maintaining the luxurious new furnishings you desire! This unit has been completely newly furnished from the living room to each bedroom and comfortably sleeps 8. Keep cool after a day at the beach with split AC in every bedroom and a main living area spanning out to the kitchen.

The spacious over-sized Master bedroom features a brand new, comfortable King size bed, and en suite bathroom with shower/tub. The second bedroom is also spacious and has a new comfortable Queen size bed. For additional guests, there are two new Queen size sleeper sofas, perfect for those extra guests!

International Colony Club is a collection of “plantation style” uniquely Hawaiian cottages situated on 10 acres of meticulously landscaped, lush mature tropical grounds, creating the perfect old Hawaii experience. The grounds border on the Ka'anapali Royal Golf Course and a short walk to spectacular Kahekili Beach Park, fine dining and open-air shopping at Whaler's Village. One of two sparkling pools is only a few steps away from this cottage and the lush tropical gardens add to the Aloha experience. There are no resort or parking fees. Please note this resort has no elevators.

Disappointing
The cottage had huge potential to be lovely but it was a real disappointment. The space was dirty from top to bottom, including the furnishings. The kitchen needs proper cookware and some decent knives. The hide a beds were terrible. The furniture, especially the chairs are uncomfortable and dirty. The matresses in the bedrooms were decent. The grounds and pools in the club area were beautiful. This place could be fantastic but it needs some love.

Great Stay
We loved our stay in Ka’anapali. I will write everything that I wanted to know so if I repeat other reviews I’m sorry. First of all the good. The parking is literally right in front of the house. It was so convenient to always have a parking space. The unit was clean with the kitchen well stocked. They also had extras of paper towels, Kleenex, and enough toilet paper. There was plenty of towels and wash cloths. We were a group of seven and there was enough for all of us. There were sheets, blankets and extra pillows for both the pull out sofas. There was dishwasher and laundry soap so we didn’t have to bring our own. Each bathroom has its own hair dryer. There was plenty of goggles, sand toys, beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas for our use. They also provided four large beach towels. We ended up a little chilled in the night so we called the company and asked for two additional blankets. We called them at 3:30 in the afternoon and they had the blankets delivered by five. The customer service can’t be beat. The cons. Like other people have said, in the smaller bedroom an outside light shines through the window all night. We ended up putting a towel up to block it as it was very annoying. The house was also rather dark in the evening. There were lamps but they did not put off enough light. The kitchen and over the dining table were the worst. It was very dim. Those are my only two complaints and I would not hesitate to book there again!

Beautiful, Comfortable and Wonderful Location
All the comforts of home, great location with a short walk to a beautiful beach. Short drive to Lahaina’s Front st shopping and harbor. It made it convenient for many activities around the island. One suggestion as others have mentioned is drapes/shades in the bedrooms to help with the morning sun as well as the outside lights from neighboring cottages that shine into the windows. Other than that we had a fantastic vacation staying at this cottage!

The property was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The decor was very nice and it was spacious. I would recommend some sunshades in the master bedroom as a previous person had noticed in their review because it gets so bright so early in the morning. The home is very well located and the pool area was also clean.

Great little property, short walk to the beach across the main road. Provided beach chairs nd umbrella were great.. A few things that didn't make it perfect: Had no internet throughout property due to the internet provider (not fault of owner). The master bedroom needs some blackout shades to help with sleeping beyond sunrise. More lightning in the kitchen and living spaces.

We loved everything about our stay. While listed on vrbo, this property is managed by My Perfect Stays who were amazing to work with. The communication before and during our stay was really helpful to ensure everything worked well and our trip went smooth. The condo was amazing, clean, spacious, and in the perfect location. Minutes from the blowhole, great restaurants, and beautiful bays beaches, including great places to snorkel and swim with sea turtles. 100% will be returning to Maui (specifically Kaanapali/Lahaina area) and booking with My Perfect Stays
