Papakea D209 is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo featuring amenities such as an ocean view, a washer/dryer, and ceiling fans. This condo does not have air-conditioning. Located on the second floor, this condo can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests with a King bed in the bedroom and a Queen sleeper sofa in the main living area. The open-concept living room features Hawaiian-theme furniture with tropical decorations, a dedicated workspace, and a large flat-screen TV. Ceiling fans are equipped throughout the unit to help stay cool.

Retreat to the serene bedroom with a King-size bed and large mirrored closets. The updated bathroom boasts a ceramic tile vanity space, textured glass detail and a large walk in shower. Pack light and take advantage of the unit's washer and dryer for added convenience. Unwind on the private lanai with a dining table for 2. Dine al fresco on the lanai while enjoying the view. A dining table for 2 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows. The remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with full-size appliances. - Papakea Resort is performing a property-wide extensive plumbing project and you may hear some noise during this time. Work in this unit begins March 5th, 2025, with an estimated completion for this unit projected on or around April 2, 2025.
- Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless authorized for weekend work.
- Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM.
- To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM.
- Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.
- We have been notified that the project is pending completion around June 2026. We have decreased rates during these dates to compensate for any inconvenience. ***

Standard Cancellation Policy:
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
