First we were told things will be fixed the next day and next day morning we were told that it will not be and will be provided a 10 euro refund. There was a bug in my room but the hotel told me that I couldn't cancel the booking as I paid non refundable in advance. And even when I told them, that I paid for a proper service only a room change was offered. Won't stay there any again."
