"Spacious and clean room facing Mt Fuji. Breakfast without any change of menu, as we were there for 3n so all 3 breakfast menus are the same. Front staff is friendly however timing and direction given was not all accurate."

"This is the most incredible place I have ever stayed. It isn't a luxury spa as much as an over all experience. The scenery is absolutely beautiful, the hot springs are great, and the food is the best. "

"Quite old hotel but charming, with nice views. We stayed in a tatami room and the futon beds were very comfortable! We also benefited from the free shuttle service of the hotel to Kawaguchiko station. Only downside might be the location as there isn’t much around especially at night.Shoutout to the kind, senior gentleman (which I believe was the owner) for helping us contact JR East regarding our lost phone and being so helpful in finding it out. Massive thank you!"
