"It was a good stay. The room was big enough for a family of three. The toilet was spacious enough for a good shower or soaking yourself in the bathtub. The room was clean and made up everyday and there was enough toiletries and towels for everyone. "

"I am 52 and my son is 21 and we both enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, each bed was private and the entire place was clean. We didn't ever have an issue getting in a shower or toilet, even with it being fully booked. It was close to the station and plenty around it for fun, convenience, or food. "The rooms are not big by western standards but in the Shinjuku area it good for two adults still. The amenities are good and standard Japan service like slippers, robes, toothbrush and paste, a few hangers and a usable bathtub line for your self wash hangings. I like that u can control all the lights in the room from the bedrest backboard. Also, ample room to store luggage’s under the bed. The showers are clean.
