"Spring break with teens is a "special" time - to get two teen siblings to agree on a location takes the best negotiating skills. Fortunately we all generally nod our head to Sedona, and then to have a great property like Diamond Resorts Sedona - we made it through five days without one cross word! The pool proximity, the space of the adjoining suites we rented, the views, the access to a great running trail just behind the property, 5 minutes to the supermarket - all a big winner. "We tried for early check in but it was unavailable. Once checked in the unit was clean except the upstairs was musty smelling. The air conditioning systems was multiple split units which worked but we had to turn on an overall unit fan for them to work properly. The hot tub had a lose headrest. The restaurant closes early and for a very few tables had extremely slow service. Took 40 minutes to get our drinks. Overall I wouldn’t go back the stay for the price doesn’t align. "
