I have no connect number of Hotels customer complaints. Hotels.com is obligated and is requested to refund my entire amount as I've trusted this site for many years and this episode was extremely distressing"

It was an amazing hotel. The best I have ever stayed anywhere in the world so far. Amazing service, awesome pool, good city views what else you could ask for. What really differentiated this one from others was the automation and attention to details. Large size rooms at affordable cost with amazing city views.

This is the 2nd time I stayed at Vivanta Pune. The service is just excellent. Their attention to our needs is amazing!!
A young woman who works at the Reception and was our "go to" person. She went over and above to make sure we were comfortable. She even called Expedia and Taj Reservations to make sure we got a refund for the extra night that we'd made by mistake. I was blown away by her professionalism and care for us.
A young in house-keeping was amazing. When we asked for extra towels...
