"Room floors were freshly mopped. So we skated in. My son’s bed sheet had someone’s make up face on it. Black Coral restaurant was excellent. Great food. Tavola restaurant. Before we checked out, we decided to have breakfast. An hour waiting for food and the waitress tells my son there is no more pancakes. Literally an hour later. We got our food and mine was incorrect but they fixed it very fast. 1 hour 40 mins for breakfast and now we are late for check out. Our cards got locked out of our room since check out was late so we had to go explain what happen. Seems like you get stuck on this island just to spend more money. They should have an all inclusive accommodation. Don’t think we would go back, honestly."

"Lovely refreshed room, fantastic new adults only bar. Spa is hugely overpriced as there is construction happening all around you. You shouldn’t charge premium prices for a less than experience. The food…. Awful for every meal. Except the room service chicken wrap from the children’s menu. But you pay like you’re visiting the best restaurants in New York. "

"Very poor service,the air conditioning was not working amd we were only told about the check in was done ....and told will provide fan but wasnt provided.we asked for our refund so we can move to some othe hotel which was approved but till date we haven't received our received....i already called the hotel for follow up but no reply "

"Beautiful room with a washer and dryer! So handy considering the Fiji heat & humidity I was able to do some washing. Stayed for a wedding at a neighbouring hotel. You cannot go wrong here! Breakfast is delicious. Pools were great. I thoroughly enjoyed the walk throughout the resort. Everyone is so welcoming and our stay here did not disappoint! "The property is badly rundown. The every other outlets in the room is not working, we put something in the refrigerator to find out next morning the cheese melted. The room barely cleaned - dust on the bed overheads, dirty doors. White towels and robs not white anymore. Breakfast buffet food is absolutely average , to say the least. Tables and utensils not washed/cleaned properly. Honestly speaking I have no idea, why the price is do high. On a top of it: traffic is terrible. It took 90 min for us to get to the hotel from the airport, and another 30 min to check in and get to the room… I would never recommend this hotel to anyone."
