"Fantastiskt hotell i hög standard både rum och restaurang. Rent och fräscht med hjälpsam personal. Restaurangen med italiensk mat var otrolig, likaså fantastisk frukost! Inomhuspool var perfekt när man har badsugna barn."

"Alles gut, außer, dass das Internet nicht mit dem Fernseher verbunden war und für fast 300 Euro pro Nacht erwartet man außerdem, dass man nicht extra 13 Euro pro Person für die Benutzung der Sauna bezahlen muss."

"Rezeption war morgens um 8.00 nicht besetzt, dadurch konnten wir erst später abreisen, ggf. Einmaliger Fall. Ansonsten hat man sich sehr bemüht. Die Lage des Hotels ist einzigartig, das Frühstück ist gut. Es gäbe nur Kleinigkeiten auszusetzen, nicht der Rede wert!! Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen."

"We had an enjoyable family stay, the property is in good condition and fantastic location. Breakfast offering is the highlight. Opportunities for improvement are around family-friendliness and more proactive customer service- check-In was very cold and abrupt, almost intimidating - service in the restaurant better but again lacking of some basic elements of customer friendliness, engagement with children etc."

"Loved this hotel! Our room was huge and had a nice balcony. Wish the weather had been nice, but it was rainy and cold. The staff were so nice and helpful. The Orangerie Restaurant had an amazing dessert. The dinner menu looked great, but we ate elsewhere. This property is right across from the water, and we had a bit of a view of the Baltic from our room. I would highly recommend this hotel is you're staying in Kuhlungsborn."
