"フロントの女性。。。綺麗な人だったけれど、笑顔の一つもなく。エレベーターの位置の説明もなく。。。不快な感じだった。
パンプスのサイズが合ってないのか？パコパコとさせながらダラダラと歩いている姿も見られた。
他のフロントの男性は笑顔で声をかけてくれたり「ごゆっくり」など声をかけてくれたりしたけれど、今まで宿泊してきたホテルの中では、最も不快なフロント対応だった。
室内は広めでベッドもゆったりとしていた
枕元近くにコンセントもあり、過ごしやすかった
アメニティに関しては、緑茶のティーバックしか置いてなくて残念だった
使い捨てのスリッパは小さめ。大足の私達には履きづらかった。
サイズ変更出来たのだろうか？

"Unfortunately the property had electrical problems and we could not stay there. The management had already found us accommodation 500m away in a nice hotel, the price was the same and they catered for our dietary requirements at very short notice. Well done to the Komeyaclub staff for arranging all this."
