I didn't like that the lights were all closed and it was always dark especially level 1. They said there is playstation room but there was none and the arcade room was all off. There is very limited dining choices. It took the hotel 3 days to return our dirty clothes cause we gave them a bag of clothes to be cleaned. Took them 3 days to return it. It was poor service on that regard. Despite the negative end. The positive side is the following Helpful staff Clean room Breakfast and dinner included i like that

İlgi alaka yok, otele girişte çıkışta zorla arayıp personel bulabiliyorsunuz. Temizlik çok kötü. Havlular kokuyor yemekler tatsız beğenmedik. Çay saati vs yok her şey ekstra ücretlendirme. Dışarıdan saray içeriden vasat.

otele gitmeden önce manzaralı oda ve süsleme istemiştim. Hiçbiri yerine getirilmemişti. Kese köpük ve masajdan çok memnun kaldım. Keseci sevim hanım çok iyiydi. Eşim keseden hiç memnun kalmamıştı. Erkek keseci iyi değilmiş. Masajdan oda çok memnun kaldı. Masaj odaları çok soğuktu. Oraların ısıtılması gerekiyor ve müzik olması gerekiyor.
