The rental unit was clean and as described. They have updated the living room furniture since the pictures were taken to more comfortable furniture. There were 6 of us staying and we had enough room. The property is showing a lot of weather wear, but it was very clean. There are ceiling fans, but they do not provide ANY help to keep you cooled down. We tried to get them to work better, but no success. The two bedrooms had AC units, but they are directly next to the bed and blow on you constantly while sleeping. It was better than not having one but made sleeping difficult at times. There were standing fans that you could use as well, but it was very hot and uncomfortable. Better fans would be a big improvement or better yet, looking into a couple of ductless splits. We had two issues that we needed the management for, and they responded quickly. You are about a 10-minute walk to a snorkeling cove or a bay, both were great places to hang out for hours. There were lots of food options and other activities nearby, just be aware that speed limits are 35 mph and if the location you want to visit says 8 miles away, it can take you 30 minutes to get there. Be prepared to enjoy the drive and the beautiful scenery.
