Beautiful Upgraded, spacious ground floor 2 bedroom + loft and 2 bathroom condo. Large Smart Flat screen TV in living room and both bedrooms. Newly added split AC system in the vaulted living room/loft and in both bedrooms as well, including ceiling fans throughout, making your stay cool and comfortable. Screened in lanai with lovely garden view. Fully equipped modern kitchen with all the amenities you might need. Comfortable King sized bed in master bedroom with adjacent bathroom. Bunk beds in the loft and two Twins XL beds in downstairs bedroom. Laundry center for added convenience. Flat front-door entrance so wheelchair accessible and free parking just outside your unit. All linens and towels are provided.

Welcome to Kuilima Estates, the condo property located on the grounds of world-renowned Turtle Bay. The condos are surrounded by two beautifully manicured golf courses and are the only condos on the North Shore. This is a great place to relax, rewind, and restore, and a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The condo property is a short walk to the hotel and to a lovely, sheltered, coved beach, where you can swim, snorkel, and surf. We have our pools, with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and charcoal BBQ grills. Bring your own equipment and play tennis on our courts at no charge. Experience the comforts of home as you experience aloha!
Since we are in a tropical environment, it is common to see insects and geckos in the condos. No amount of spraying will completely eliminate insects, especially ants.

Turtle Bay staycay

Beautiful area, check in was smooth, got an extra parking permit no problem. The condo was nice, perfect fit for the six of us. Loved the ac in most of the rooms. The location was beautiful, lots of walking paths and an easy walk to the Turtle Bay resort.

Covers the basics

We stayed three nights with our family of 6. I appreciated that everyone had a bed without having to use a pull-out sofa! It’s a quiet location close to Turtle Bay, which has a smaller sized beach. We drove to get there, because it is a bit of a walk. The unit was clean and covered the bare minimum of essentials. I would have liked some extra blankets, Kleenex, and salt & pepper but these aren’t deal breakers. They didn’t offer toiletries besides some bar hand soaps in the bathroom and the kitchen had no spices. The beds were comfortable and there were multiple types of pillows from which to choose. The patio had a few beach chairs to use, as well. My kids loved the bunk beds! Overall, it was a nice stay. Nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable. Great for families with more than two kids.

Great condo accommodation for our family of 4. Plenty of space to chill, swim in the pool, or cook our own food. Walkable to Turtle Bay beaches and resorts and Leileis restaurant. Would be nice to have a kettle otherwise 5 stars. Recommend a car to go explore the North Shore country too.

Meh on North Shore

Overall, this property is just adequate. Nothing more. The unit has very bare provisions. Hardly enough glasses and cups for a family of 4. Furniture is dated and stained. Turtle Bay Estates is also a good 10 minute walk to the beach. If you are looking to stay at an adequate condo on the North Shore, then this will suffice.

This property needs to have air conditioning in all areas - we struggled to ensure all people staying in the home had sleep - too hot and no AC - very disappointing on that point - other than that it was a good location and I would recommend this part of the island as its away from the traffic of Honolulu and the beaches are superb

Reunion at Turtle Bay 064 East

Reviewer Comments: Turtle Bay 064 East was the perfect accommodation for the reunion my husband and I had with my aunt and uncle who joined us from Melbourne Australia. The unit was well-suited for us with plenty of room, tastefully decorated and comfortable. The location was quiet and close to the pool. Years ago we had stayed at the resort, and staying at the condo we had the availability of the entertainment, beach & restaurants without the high price. On the negative side, the kitchen needed an upgrade on glassware (one wine glass & mismatched glasses). Also, we had a late flight so arrived after office hours and the code we were given to open the gate to enter the property was wrong. When we called the phone number we were given, there was no answer and if another guest hadn't come along and found the security guard, we would not have been able to get into the estates. We have read this has been a problem in the past so advise something be done to remedy this before another traveler has a similar or worse problem. Otherwise, we had a delightful stay and this was the ideal way for the four of us to relax and catch up on family news after being apart for several years. What a great halfway meeting place between Jersey and Australia! I would definitely recommend the unit.

The check in and check out process was fine. I didn't interact with any staff all done via email. Certain aspects of the unit is upgarded, flooring, bathroom sinks and one shower stall. Some downsides Downstairs bathroom shower head is old and corroded. The kitchen supplies are mis matched and old. No non-stick frying pan, no metal utensils to use at the pool BBQ grill. The TV's located in the two bedrooms are not hooked up to a cable provider nor are they smart TV's where you could access Netflix or other TV streaming service. They are only there to play DVD's. I usually don't travel with DVD's to pay on vacation. The bedding in back bedroom was not change prior to our arrival. There was hair and stains on the sheets and the floor had visable hair that had not been swept up. Overall, there are simple things that this owner can do to upgrade the unit to make stays more enjoyable. Such as change shower head, stock kitchen with newer pot, pans and utinsiles. Upgrade TV's in bedroom and clean out bedroom closets for visitor stays and not use it to store cleaning supplies.

The only con is that it is kinda far from Honolulu and wakiki but if you have a car than who cares. The other con is that the air conditioner in the rooms work great but if you are sleeping in the loft area it might be really hot because there is no air conditioner in the loft of the living room. Other than that our stay was an absolute blast!!

We enjoy the Turtle Bay condos as we hike most afternoons to Kahuku Point (to see the albatrosses, occasional booby, and shorebirds) or west to Kawela Bay for a swim. Lots of open space compared to being right in the thick of the north shore. We snorkel, surf, hike, and birdwatch. I prefer to rent from Turtle Bay Estates as they are professional, friendly, and dependable. Mahalo.

The dryer didnt work at all because the start knob will not stay on to run the machine. I notified the manager who didn't bother to check the dryer and the reason I know this is because I left a note and it was untouched. This place definetely need a thorough cleaning! . I would not recommend this rental

It would be nice to have the AC centralized. We had to leave each room door open so the air con can be distributed within the house. Very disappointment time at turtle bay Paniolo don't rent!

Reviewer Comments: I have to say I had high hopes for our stay,we have stayed at Turtle Bay Resort before so I expected the be fair I blame most of my issues with the Management that takes care of the unit then the owner & I hope the owner changes companies, when I 1st booked the unit they double charged me the deposit & I had to call to complain & to get my $$ back. The unit was mostly clean, but there was hair in the one shower & sand in the other tub (we at 1st just overlooked it & cleaned it up ourselves) We also Noticed the front door had no deadbolt or other lock, the door did lock but the safety lock bar was missing & the door only had the door lock which left us feeling unsafe & uncomfortable (we used a chair in front of the door to feel safe) The main issue that caused us the biggest problem was the dryer, we had been in Waikiki 4 day prior to our stay in turtle bay, being the unit was suppose to have a working washer&dryer we waited till we got there to do laundry, the 1st night we were there we found out the dry didn't work, So the next day I called & was told an emergency maintenance call would be made the next day still broken NO ONE CAME! I called again & was told the same thing & when I told them no one came out they said they would this time, the next day NO ONE CAME AGAIN! we where only there for 3 night so we had no clean clothes & had to buy new underwear not to smell while we where there. They told me I gave them the wrong unit # when I called but I called twice if I did they would have known so & as for the info THEY DIDN'T I believe there is an issue with the management that oversees these units & the owner should check into it. they are suppose to check the unit after a person leaves for damage (thus the $250 security deposit I paid & got back due to no damage) So they didn't check to see the damage to the dryer, So I paid over $200 a night & feel disappointed I did & they offered NOTHING for our inconvenience, That should tell u how they care!
