"Wir waren von der Ferienwohnung sehr enttäuscht, da es diese den Titel nicht verdient hat. Der Boden war dreckig, die Wohnung bräuchte insgesamt ein gründliche Reinigung. Küchenschubladen, Töpfe waren nicht sauber. Die Betten waren bequem, aber es fehlten Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten an den Fenstern, eine Nachttischlampe,... Für die (nicht vorhandene) Ausstattung haben wir viel zu viel bezahlt. Da ist jedes Low-Budget-Hotel preiswerter und sauberer. Der Vermieter hat nachträglich nicht mehr auf...

"We 3 friends enjoyed a lovely stay at this comfortable, quiet, spacious and well equipped apartment on the outskirts of Herrhausen hamlet. Excellent communication beforehand with the host, Melanie, responding promptly to my queries, albeit in German. Her mother lives in the apartment below so was on hand for our arrival from the UK, and kindly gave us some tinned meat and butter for a simple supper as there were no shops open in walking distance. "Excellent! Located in a quiet village but with easy access to B3 road and A7 motorway, this apartment is well equipped, tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. We received a friendly welcome from the host Monika incl a box of eggs from the family’s own hens. We intend to return for another stay."

Listing wasn’t quite clear that the rooms were on the second and third floors, but the third floor can be closed off to keep little ones contained. Overall was a good place to stay - the third floor suite appeared to have been recently updated, while the second floor had not."

"We highly recommend to stay in Apartment Alpha. A bit out of the beaten path, but this was plus for us. Lots of walkable nature paths around, and historically rich area. The apartment is really beautiful, quiet and spacious. Bring your hammock (there was a wooden hammock frame on the grass). The church bells and the birds will tell you the time of the day. "

"Wir haben die Unterkunft für ein Familientreffen genutzt. Die Kommunikation vorab war bereits sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Frau Laves hat uns bei der Anreise freundlich in Empfang genommen, alles erklärt und am nächsten Tag unaufdringlich nachgefragt, ob alles ok ist oder wir etwas vermissen. Es war alles vorhanden, das Ferienhaus war super sauber und entsprach genau den Fotos. Leider konnten wir den schönen Außenbereich wegen des vielen Regens nur wenig nutzen. Auch von der Umgebung haben...
