Albatross House with it's stunning views of the Kaikoura ranges and peaceful location, is ideal for small families or group of friends. Located a few minutes walk into Kaikoura township. This cosy, neat house is much loved and set up for families. It includes a large smart TV, unlimited wifi, fully equipment kitchen, washing machine (but no dishwasher). Sit out on the large deck overlooking Churchill Park which is just across the road.

Wonderful house just outside town. All amenities and just steps from an urgent care in an emergency. Parking is on-street, but extremely convenient.

This is a wonderful place in Kaikoura...which was our favorite stop in our three weeks in New Zealand. What a view out the front! A nice fenced-in front deck gives you some privacy to enjoy the scenery. Laundry was welcome, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Comfortable beds. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Property was very nice and modern inside. Front yard could do with a spruce up but house is excellent and positioned well for a spectacular view of the Alps and a touch of the sea.

The house was very well maintained inside. All rooms looked as though they had recently been refurbished. The house had lovely views over to the Kaikoura Ranges which we enjoyed in the morning. It was also ideally located as it was only a short walk into town.
