Centrally located this home was built in 1915 from hardwood native timber with beautiful decorative features. The Villa offers period charm combined with the comforts of modern living. Come and enjoy the modern open-plan kitchen/dining area. Separate lounge. It has a Weber BBQ, wood wood-burning fire, and heat pump. The section is fully fenced offering ideal security for pets and small children.

Dog-friendly, picturesque and comfortable
What a fantastic house. So nicely renovated, keeping it all in style of the villa. Cozy and warm, comfortable and clean. The dogs loved the fenced in lawn and enjoyed sniffing out creatures in the old hedge Well equipped kitchen meant self catering was easy. Views from the house were stunning and in a perfect location

Perfect place for a family stay
This cottage is a gem! The rooms are spacious and, despite the house being older, it feels modern inside, with a large kitchen, dining area, and living room. We loved the wood burner for colder evenings, and the location within walking distance of the town as well as the seal colony. The views of the coast and mountains out the front window were amazing!

Fantastic place
This beautifully restored and updated period home was a wonderful spot to reconnect with some friends for a few days. It's right across the street from the beach, perfect for sun--and moon--rises, and an easy walk to the restaurants on the point. Close to town but not in the busy part. Full of luxury touches and wonderful period details. Comfortable and welcoming. Not a 'cheap' option but worth the extra cost. Note that the second bedroom has one big and two single beds, all in one space--good for young families.
