This large well-appointed home is comfortable and well equipped for all types of stays.

With 4 spacious bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms this home is perfect for long and short holidays.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the wrap around balcony and take in the stunning views or retreat inside on a winters evening with plenty of room for relaxing and a well equipped kitchen for cooking up a feast!
With views out to the lake and Kaikoura Mountain-range this property has breath-taking views in all seasons.

Not what we expected

Unfortunately, for the amount of money we spent, and the photos of the property, we didn't quite get what we expected. There was cat pee, poo, and fur on the floor. Numerous dead flies in the sun room and other rooms. Pink mould in the door runner of the ensuite shower. Flat batteries in tv remote. Vacuum cleaner absolutely filthy with clay like substance and allot of hair. Dishwasher filter was disgustingly dirty, and only one powder sachet available for a 3 night stay. The laundry facilities were marked as private, even though we paid to use them, and the washing machine filter was over full, it left grey greasy marks on the small amount of clothes that we washed. Overall, would not recommend, if you're a clean person
