Visit beautiful Kailua at an affordable price. Our studio is spacious, clean, and provides many amenities. This Hawaiian theme studio is a permitted short term rental unit located a short block from world famous Kailua Bay. Less than two miles to charming Kailua Town with boutique shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, breweries. Whole Foods, Japan Express and much more.

Our accommodation has all the modern comfort features such as Split System A/C, 42” TV, Washer/Dryer, Apartment Size Refrigerator, Coffee Maker, Toaster, and Microwave. Super Comfortable King Size Bed with memory foam topper. Extremely Clean (Our crew launders the pillows between each rental). Beach chairs, towels, and boogie boards are provided. The unit has a private yard with patio table, umbrella, and a gas grill. We work hard to think of all the details to make your stay wonderful and comfortable. Hawaii has been our home for more than 50 years and we have lived in Kailua for most of that time. Our wish is that you have a wonderful vacation in Beautiful Kailua!

Perfect beach location!

This super cute VRBO is a short walk to an awesome beach that is not crowded. It is also a 20 minute walk into the Kailua, a very nice little town with lots of restaurants and stores. Angela provided beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and more. There is a very nice little backyard area to sit outside. We loved our time here.

A great stay in Kailua

Andrea is a great host. The studio is perfect for two. We were grateful for the recliner chairs as we rested in the evening before sleep. Andrea is the perfect host making sure all our needs were met. Close to the beach with everything needed for a day at the beach. We will book again

Great Stay in Kailua

Property was accurately described. Very nice location and a 5 minute walk to the beach which we appreciated when we went there for Sunrise each morning. Bed is very comfortable and the cottage is well equipped with everything you need. Apprecated having a washer and dryer in the unit. Owner, Andrea met us on arrival and was available to us throughout the stay. She is very nice and helpful for any questions you may have. A suggestion is that you might consider renting a smaller vehicle as the driveway for parking is narrow and you need to navigate past 2 parked vehicles. Not a big deal but it will make your stay less stressful. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.

Andrea's Place

A very clean and comfy suite, it has everything you need. easy beach access, Very comfy reclining chairs to relax in. very comfy bed and well stocked kitchenette with a washer and dryer. Everything was as advertised. We were at the beautiful beach most of the time and had a car to do daily excursions which worked out very well for us We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be staying here again.

Great location in Kailua

Our stay was very comfortable and safe. Andrea met us when we arrived and gave us the keys and showed us the unit. The unit was very well equipped with everything we would need for a beach outing - great folding chairs, bags, boogie boards, snorkels. The bed and recliners were very comfortable. The walk to the beach took about five minutes. I would stay here again and again.

This was a great place to stay within walking distance of Kailua Beach and Kalama Beach Park! The house had everything we could need, a really comfortable bed and Andrea was very welcoming and helpful. Mahalo Andrea!

Beautiful and affordable stay

We are so appreciative for an affordable and comfortable stay near the beach on our favorite part of the island. Andrea’s place is a bargain for what you get - king bed, bathroom, kitchenette, lanai, laundry. Just a 5 minute walk from the beach.

Andrea offers a very clean safe location and supplies a great selection of items from shampoo to coffee to boogie boards and beach chairs. Great little private back yard with bbq and table and chairs. Washer/dryer a huge plus They big ticket for us only 5 minute walk to what we think is the best beach on the island Good tv reception but how gos to Oahu to watch tv Inside wonderful comfy bed

Wonderful Stay

We have stayed here a few times and as usual everything was wonderful and Andrea is a great host. It is very peaceful and the beach is beautiful. Love the gift of coffee & chocolates. Having beach chairs & boogie boards & laundry is nice. We rented bikes for a week and enjoyed biking to places.

Comfortable space in a great location

This property had everything we needed and was at most a 5 minute walk from the beach (you could hear the waves from the private outdoor seating space). The bed was also very comfortable, and they even have boogie boards and beach chairs for you to borrow. I would definitely stay here again!

One Block from the Kailua Beach!!! Less than 30mins to Waikiki, Honolulu, Pearl Harbor. Andrea (Host) was very accommodating, helpful, and nice. The place is clean, roomy, and the bed is very comfortable. It was a great trip!!! Would definitely book again.

Great home base, lovely spot

I enjoyed my stay very much. The place has a great location for reaching beaches, hikes, and shops easily and quickly. Andrea was welcoming and easy going, and the studio had everything I needed to enjoy the beach during the day and chill out in the evenings— including a private backyard! Would love to return someday.

Great studio near beaches and town center of Kailua, Oahu

The property was exactly as stated and more. Its proximity to town and great beaches was a key to my stay. I must admit I wasn't there much because all of the local possibilities to hike, snorkel, kayak, etc... Andrea offered great recommendations for food and was a great host. Very quiet and comfortable place to stay.
