This property exceeded expectations! Everything was absolutely perfect. Shari, the host, was extremely hospitable and helpful, she felt like an old friend as soon as we met her. The room is clean, the bed comfortable. The beach is why you come. Huge, quiet, with the finest sand I’ve ever encountered. You can walk for miles, swim. Good restaurants in town. We had a perfect stay. Shari was the perfect host.

Perfect bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette (sink, fridge, microwave - no oven or cooktop) nicely isolated (with its own entrance) on the back corner of a lovely home right on Kailua Beach. Walk out the door onto a curated backyard lawn with a short path directly to the sandy beach. We visited in February. Our weather was perfect, the beach was uncrowded, and the water was a joy for swimming and easy small-wave body surfing (very small surf during our stay). Our hostess was kind, friendly, and informative.

We loved staying here! Hearing the ocean at night, waking up to that remarkable view of the beach, incredible sunrises and long walks on the beach. Also a short distance to Kailua town with shops and restaurants. The unit was very clean and communication with the owner was very easy. We can’t wait to come back!
