"The condo is adequate. The murphy bed was good. The grounds are beautiful and swimming pool were good. The condo is dated and needs a little bit of TLC It was quiet and doable for us. Kitchen was ok. The convection top is difficult and pans for it are bad because everything got stuck on bottom of pan, even on low."

Close to everything in Kona, 20m walk to pier, place right next to farmers market, restaurants. Only negative was Street noise, but humerus with cruisers and wide variety of music section"
