Despite being close to town, the complex is tucked away from the main street, offering a quiet and serene setting.

The space
We hope you'll enjoy waking up to stunning ocean views and sipping coffee on your private lanai off the master bedroom. It's the perfect spot to observe humpback whales, spinner dolphins, and other marine life.

**First Floor:**

* **Full Kitchen:** Equipped with a gas stove, full refrigerator, coffee makers, all necessary dishware, glassware, utensils, and more.
* **Combined Dining/Living Area:** Features a smart TV with cable channels and WiFi.

* **Air Conditioning:** Available in the living room, with the option to open the sliding doors for fresh ocean breezes.

**Second Floor:**

* **Master Bedroom:** Furnished with a comfortable king-size bed, ceiling fan, and AC unit.
* **Guest Bedroom:** Contains two twin beds, a ceiling fan, and a portable AC unit.
* **Additional Sleeping:** A queen-size air mattress (sleeps 2) is available in the living room.

The convenient location allows you to walk to shops, restaurants, and beaches. For those who want to explore further, the bikeshare program and Kona trolley are great options. 5 minute walk to Hon’l Beach, 1.2 miles to King Kam Beach and 2.6 miles to Magic Sand Beach.

Please note that smoking/pets/partying are not allowed. We reserve the right to impose an extra $250 cleaning fee for violation of rules.

If you have more than 6 people in your group, please message us, and we will introduce you to our neighbor’s Vrbo listings. You can rent additional one and two-bedroom units within the same complex for a large group.
