"Beautiful clean house in quiet location with best stocked kitchen and beautiful views!House was ideally situated for couple and 4 adult children with beds, linens, lots of towels, beach equipment. Deck across back of house with hammocks, swings, table/ chairs was perfect for sunsets and morning coffee.Beautiful safe neighborhood is hilly but great for walking.Location was convenient for getting to restaurants, shopping, day trips."

"We found the place clean and well appointed. It was very nicely furnished and very relaxing. I had a question and called Brent and it must of been close to midnight for him but he answered quickly and friendly. I would recommend it for others and would book again if we go back to the Big Island."

"Our stay was fantastic. We didn’t spend much time wandering the property as there is so much to do on the island, but we appreciated the spacious 2 bed/2 bath suite, laundry, kitchen, and living room. We ran into Costco to get breakfast food and had everything we needed to make a delicious breakfast and eat it out on the large patio. Parking was convenient. Area was so quiet, we slept really well. I’d say the only bummer was the sell job to go hear about the timeshare. Just a little pushy when we got our arm bands, but we politely declined and got past that."

"The house was plenty large enough for four families. Had much needed baby items and extra cots for the children. The kitchen was well used by us…many cooks. Had almost every kitchen appliance and gadget we needed. The furnishings were like most vacation rentals, a little worn and some stains…but, there was ample seating for our group. We enjoyed the pool daily. There are some pool accessories in the garage. There are also beach chairs. We really needed a beach wagon but there was none. The ping pong table was not usable…the pieces to hold the net were missing. The house is not oceanfront as described. There are other houses between this house and the ocean. We liked the extra security of the gated community. The location and proximity to Kona was great. The gardens around the house were very nice. The house manager was very responsive whee needed."

"Our family recently stayed here during our trip to the Big Island, and it was everything we could have hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.The absolute highlight for us was the private pool. We spent countless hours swimming, relaxing, and making memories together. Whether it was starting the day with a morning swim or winding down in the evening after exploring the island, the pool quickly became everyone's favorite spot.We also loved how peaceful and private the property felt. It gave us the perfect place to slow down, reconnect as a family, and enjoy the beauty of Hawaii. Some of our favorite memories from the trip happened right at the house—sharing meals, laughing by the pool, and simply enjoying being together.It's rare to find a vacation rental that feels both luxurious and welcoming, but this one truly did. We left with amazing memories and already find ourselves talking about when we can come back. Thank you for providing such a wonderful home base for our Big Island adventure!"
