As you enjoy the scenic and short drive Kona Vacation home you will start to unwind and relax, when you drive up the hill to your tropical oasis, you will know that you have made the right decision to rent our home!

Open the door to to the top level and right away you will notice the luxury furnishings and comfort of your home away from home. Your gaze will be drawn to the outdoor lanai with all of the comfortable furnishings that are calling your name to sit back and relax while enjoying the ocean views and unbelievable sunsets!

We offer a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and practicality for a memorable vacation experience

Primary Bedroom:
California King Bed with a Tempur-Pedic Tempur Cloud mattress.
Sliding doors for privacy, with an option to open to the living room.
Ocean views and an oversized room.
Ceiling fan and window A/C unit for comfort.

Primary Bathroom:
Double vanity, jetted tub, separate shower, and toilet.
Amenities: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer.

Bonus Room:
Twin trundle bed for extra sleeping space.
Desk for work needs.

Additional Bedrooms:
Two more bedrooms with queen beds, each with A/C units, ceiling fans, and closets.

Laundry Room:
Front-load washer and dryer with provided laundry soap and softener.
Separable from the rest of the house for peace and quiet.

Please note a 7 night minimum stay is required, that must encompass the dates of December 21st-January 2nd. We will not be conducting or accepting arrivals on Christmas Day or New Years day. (December 25th and January 1st).

Very nice place

We really enjoyed everything about the home. The owners r well-organized and have everything here that anyone would need. The location is great and right near the airport and the sunsets r beautiful from the lanai. We had a wonderful time!

Wonderful stay

We had a group of 10 there for a week. We all had plenty of room and enjoyed coffee each morning on the lanai watching the surfers. The road noise was noticeable, but the view and the proximity to places we wanted to go made up for it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great location

It’s close/central to lots of places. Kitchen was stocked well for 11 of us. Lots of towels, the shower had supplies, paper towels, laundry soap, TP which made the first day so much smoother. There are chairs, boards, and beach supplies out back. Plenty of hot water for that many showers, AC units worked great. There was a pack-n-play for the littles. Just make the drive to Walmart or target….the KTA is insanely overpriced. The drive is steep but not really a big deal. Easy check in!

Nice home

This was an excellent place to stay and well maintained. This home has a lot of small amenities that were nice to not have to worry about. For example laundry detergent was provided for us which was a huge plus to not have to go out and buy while on vacation. The home has A/C which isn’t true for all places in Hawaii. The driveway is steep but there are two places to park at the top so as long as you’re careful backing out it isn’t an issue.

Family vacation

This property was the perfect size for our family of 10. We had enough room so never felt crowded. The children were happy to make use of the boogie boards that were there as well as beach chairs & umbrellas. The best thing was the view from the lanai!!

Family fun

Was our first Vrbo stay, was hesitant all the way up to arrival. Once we opened the door and walked out to view.. Beautiful.. the home had just about everything we needed.

Wonderful spacious home - great for kids

We had a great stay. The house had everything we could wish for - 2 pack and plays for our little ones, all of the beach equipment you could imagine, a really well stocked kitchen and tons of space. Two things to be aware of - the house is located at the top of a steep driveway so if you have little kids you need to keep a very close eye on them. It’s also right next to a busy highway - but with the door to the lanai closed the noise was not an issue. Overall we would highly recommend this property!

Great location and very cozy !

I found this gem for my 31st birthday which accommodated up to 12 guests. The condo is located on the upper level of the home with 4 bedrooms and designed to fit us all nicely on a bed with great ocean views— it was very magical! Full kitchen including a grill, balcony view , and well stocked supplies for our stay. Heidi and Heather(our host ) were very accommodating ! Upon booking , they’ve provided us info for all types of amenities and contacting us to make sure if we needed anything else. I really appreciated they welcoming gifts upon arrival and more . At one point we did run out of of toilet paper since we had so many guests, one of our hosts was so kind enough to stop by to drop us off more supplies ! We also accidentally left one of our belongings and they were able to ship it back to our home . Our hosts have went above and beyond to make sure our requests was met. Overall I am so happy to have booked this place . Location is minutes away from popular restaurants and excursions. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to explore the beautiful big island ! Thank you again Heidi and Heather for allowing us to experience a relaxed and comfortable place !

PERFECT STAY IN PARADISE

SHORT VERSION: Book it! For those of you that want details, here you go. This is a great space on the top flier of a three story home facing the Pacific. LANAI: I spent most of my time sitting on the lanai. The sunsets are absolutely amazing! The lanai is the PERFECT family space to regroup in the afternoon with a cocktail to watch the sunset. This is a ritual we could really get used to! The lanai is spacious, well furnished, and safe for small children (we travelled with our 1 year old granddaughter). The road noise is a BIT annoying, but an acceptable trade off for the view. MASTER BR: The bed is very comfortable and well appointed. The master opens onto the living room with 4 wood paneled doors that can be opened to creat a “studio” effect. Open the blinds and look out on the pacific FROM BED! MS BATH: spacious double sink. Separate shower and jetted tub. Two entrances allow a “suite space” with a small room that contains a couch and a desk if you have to work. KIT: Very well supplied. Appliances all worked properly and well. Overall, a very nice space to cook in. DR/LR: open floor plan that makes sharing a space with a large group easy and fun. Furniture was very nice compared to other rentals I have rented in the past. Lighting, fans, furniture all very well thought out and logically placed. OTHER BRS: very functional and my children said very comfortable. No issues. There is a third bedroom with 4 bunk beds and a TV. It would be great for traveling with younger children. SECOND BATH: pretty, functional, and clean. THE PROPERTY: the deck outside in the rear of the house is a bonus space with a grill and table. A very nice “bonus space.” The DRIVEWAY is a bit intimidating to be honest. There is space for two cars, but it is a challenging space. We used it with no problems, but it may be a factor for some. You can park at the bottom of the hill, but the hill itself can be a challenge for older folks. It is not enough of a factor to pass on this property, but it could be a challenge to some. There is an outside shower and two giant boxes of beach gear that you can use. ISSUES: We had a bit of a communication issue upon check in. The email from VRBO had an incorrect door code and a mistyped phone number. The property manager assured me that it had been corrected and personally stopped by with a gift to apologize for the misunderstanding. A Classy move and very professional. Long story short (too late) BOOK THIS PLACE.

Great location and great hosts

This home had a beautiful view and was centrally located in Kona. The house had everything it needed inside the house and for outside adventures. Our family very much enjoyed our stay. A couple nights of no hot water for showering was our only complaint but it was remedied by the managers. I would recommend staying here if you love sunsets from the lunai and family outings for snorkeling a d beach days. It had everything you needed. Will come again for sure.

Beautiful, well equipped house

The house was very accommodating. Many everyday items were supplied, so check before going to grocery store. Owner was very friendly. This was an amazing property. The house is beautiful and everything we needed was available. While we didn’t need assistance during the trip the manager was very communicative. Overall it was a great experience, beautiful home, clean, great view.

Perfect for our 2 families!

We really enjoyed our stay. The addition of the van rental was a real bonus for us. Our 2 families with 7 total kids (ages 2 to 10) fit perfect - with beds and space for everyone. The younger kids loved the bunk beds. The view of the ocean was beautiful. The location was convenient being just minutes away from magic sands beach. It is located on a busy road that can be noisy, however it did not bother us. Also, you can’t really walk anywhere from here because of the road. The best part of the house was how well stocked it was with beach towels, car seats, pack n play, boogie boards, some snorkel gear, beach chairs, and more. There’s also a nice open, modern and clean feel to the house. It was a very comfortable stay and we were so grateful to have found a place that met our needs so well. Thank you Heather for making our trip to The Big Island so special! I really appreciated your extra communication and suggestions for things to do. Your personal touch is the icing on a beautiful cake!

Provided everything our extended family of ten needed. The 12 passenger van was a real bonus.

Everything was really good. Lots of extras provided like boogie boards, beach chairs and beach toys. Even had 2 booster seats for our young grandchildren in the van. The ocean view from the lanai was fantastic. The 12 passenger van made it possible for our Hawaii experience to expand beyond the limits of Kona. The only thing that kept me from giving the experience a 5 star rating was the location. The property sits directly above the major north/south road and traffic noise is significant. The driveway is very steep may be a challenge for some people. Overall, we totally enjoyed our stay at this property. Heather was very helpful and interested in making our vacation as comfortable as possible.
