This one-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium with lanai and ocean views is the perfect place for those seeking a peaceful retreat who still want easy beach access and lots of nearby vacation fun.

Situated in a convenient location, this lovely condominium can accommodate up to four guests. You'll feel right at home with a multitude of amenities, including ceiling fans and window unit air conditioning in the living room and kitchen. The living room has lanai views and access and features a queen-sized sleeper sofa, and the dining table has seating for up to four people. The fully-equipped renovated kitchen is the perfect place for preparing your favorite meals and snacks during your stay. The primary bedroom has a full-sized dresser and sitting area. You'll enjoy the newly-remodeled primary and guest bathrooms featuring festive Hawaiin-themed mosaic tiles. For your added comfort and convenience, this lovely unit includes a stackable washer and dryer, an iron with ironing board, a hairdryer, as well as cable television with free WiFi.

Perhaps the best feature of this beautiful vacation rental is the furnished lanai, which features seating for four and stunning coastline views. This property has a sparkling pool with lots of lounge chairs for sunbathing. A barbecue area with an abundance of shaded seating makes the perfect spot for grilling and picnicking. An indoor cabana with a mini-refrigerator, sink and additional seating is perfect for parties and entertaining. This property comes with complimentary towels, snorkeling gear, and boogie boards. Hon'l's Beach is only one block away from the Kona Pacific complex and is one of the best places to watch the surfers, sea turtles and beautiful sunsets. Further down the street are even more snorkel and surf beaches, and the location is also close to several golf courses. The ideal location, you're near town yet far enough away to give the true flavor of how locals live.

This is my second time staying here. I love the property and the condo. A great location to be able to walk to town. Very clean and the supplies provided were perfect for the entire stay which saved us money. A late check out was honored which was extremely helpful and much appreciated. I am a frequent visitor and will definitely stay again.

Close to everything with a good view

Great location within walking distance of the many restaurants and a small beach. Loved that a parking spot is included and easy to get in and out. We would definitely stay here again.

Very impressed with the condo and the view. Extremely quiet except for birds in the morning. Very well equipped with beach equipment and folding beach chairs. Amazing property

A comfortable VRBO

The rental property was very well equipped with a very well supplied kitchen and lots of sports equipment for the beach and water. The unit is air conditioned but we found the ceiling fans were very efficient and enough to keep us comfortable.It should be noted that this building has an elevator which was very appreciated. The property has a pool as well as a barbecue area. The property was clean and well maintained. Any concern we had was managed quickly and efficiently.

Great Place

It was all we hoped for and more. It was not right on the beach but only blocks away and close to shops and stores.We prefer someone at a front desk to check in and welcome us but we are old fashion. Only other minor issues were the pool was cold and we saw a couple insects inside.

Spent a week at this property for our anniversary we had an excellent experience. the condo was extremely clean and comfortable good location close to everything we would absolutely book this place again and highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Kailua. The only suggestion I would have is a small ice chest for people to take cold drinks to the beach

Kona Pacific Condo

This was our first stay on the Big Island. The location relative to the main Kona village was great. Just a short walk down the hill to many restaurants and shops and a short drive to the grocery stores. The condo was exactly as advertised and well equipped for a 2 week stay.

To say this condo was perfect is an understatement! The place was updated and spotless. There was the perfect amount of supplies to get us through 10 days without having to spend any money to replenish anything. Perfect location, can walk to town and restaurants. Peaceful and safe. Amazing condo in a great location

We loved staying at this condo! It was newly renovated and very clean. It was bright inside and the balcony was huge! The air conditioning worked great and the condo was well stocked with towels, beach/pool toys, kitchen needs, and more!! We cannot wait to come back and enjoy this condo again!

Beautiful Hawaiian Getaway

We attended a family reunion of 25 who all rented in this complex. The complex offers nice amenities (pool, outside grills, tables), and this one bedroom unit is great, with a partial ocean view. The kitchen is open and adequately equipped. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable. Very well appointed. The plastic blinds fell off twice (plastic sun baked and two panels broke), but a call brought a repair right away. The parking is underground….tight but convenient to the unit. Location is great and within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and beach. Fabulous!!

Very pleased

Our family of three was very pleased with central but very quiet location. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was completed with many small appliances and spices. We enjoyed the pool and barbecue too.

Great time in Kona

Property is very updated inside and had everything we needed. Locations is perfect as well so many many food options nearby. My only complaint would be the A/C in the bedroom is very loud and blows on the window blinds. Shorter blinds or a different kind would make all the difference.

Perfect for Diving in Kona

Great condo. Clean and exactly as described. In very close proximity to restaurants and tourist shops. A short drive to boat for diving with Kona Hanu Divers. Check in process was easy and check out requirements very reasonable. We had no issues so did not have a need to contact owner or property manager during our stay. I highly recommend.

Ideal Location

This condo and property location is perfectly placed. You are just a few walking minutes away from all the shops and restaurants along the main strip. The pool is nice and the condo was equipped with all basic essentials. The property managers were very responsive and checked in on us to ensure we had all that we needed. We would stay here again!

Y’all when I say 5 out of 5 stars I mean it. 1. Location. Location. Location. Depending on how you want to spend your time you can almost get by with no car with this spot. You can walk from the place to the downtown scene of restaurants, bars, and shops. 2. The renovations are really nice and impeccably clean. 3. Coffee maker, blow dryer, washer & dryer, dishes and spices to cook with. 4. Lanai is relaxing for the mornings or evenings. 5. Place is quiet and people are friendly. 6. Lots of towels, wifi, and personal parking spot by the elevator. 7. Loved having two bathrooms with both a shower or bathtub. Would definitely rent again.

Wonderful Kona location

The property was well-maintained, secure and property management was very responsive when I couldn't figure out the TV remote. It was clean and kitchen well-stocked with utensils. Great location - walking distance to many restaurants and beaches.
