🏝️Come and enjoy an oasis on the slopes of the Kona Palisades! Near Kailua-Kona town and just a 5 minute drive from the Kona International Airport, indulge in the warm Hawaii sunshine while lounging around the stunning private, solar-heated pool complete with a gazebo and outdoor grill/cooking area. There’s no need to worry about finding a local restaurant each night, as this home is equipped with a completely furnished kitchen that allows you to prepare delicious meals at your convenience. You love the breathtaking ocean and sunset views when you step outside to the panoramic outdoor patio of this island hale.

🏝️Our location is the perfect elevation for you to enjoy the cool mountain breezes through the home and is close to several of the most beautiful beaches in the world. From snorkeling and diving to surfing and fishing, there are many options in Kona to create a trip that you/your group will never forget. Kailua-Kona town is only 10 minutes away, offering a variety of shops, restaurants, and bars for your enjoyment and is the perfect place to round off your experience of Hawaii.

🏝️Our 3-bedroom home sleeps 10 guests (1-King, 2-Queen, 1-Queen Sofa Bed, 2-Twins). The nightly rate listed is for two guests; additional guests are $15 per person, per night. Check-In 4pm, Check-Out 10am. (Early check-in/Later check-out fees apply, contact the host directly).

5 stars all the way! This home was absolutely perfect for our family’s spring break. From the moment we arrived, we were so impressed with how beautiful, clean, and welcoming everything was. The house had everything we needed and truly exceeded our expectations.One of our favorite parts was all of the amazing outdoor space. We spent so much time outside enjoying the pool, relaxing, and making memories together. The layout of the home was also perfect for families. We especially loved gathering around the kitchen island to eat, talk, and just enjoy being together.The host was wonderful, kind, informative, responsive, and made us feel so comfortable throughout our stay. You can tell a lot of care went into making this home such a special place.We had the best time and would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing place to stay!

Absolutely loved our stay here. The place is exactly how it looks in the pictures..which is amazing!!! Great location just north of Kona and south of the good beaches. Perfect for avoiding any traffic but still close to all of the amenities. The sunsets from this place are amazing! Which brings us to the generously sized lanai that faces the ocean and those sunsets. We spend many a pleasant evening relaxing and just enjoying outdoor dinners. Also really appreciated the hosts responsiveness and friendliness. Very easy to deal with and I always had the feeling we were well taken care of, and a priority. Sometimes you stay at places that make you feel like they are doing you a favor. Not in this case, Janie is definitely a A 10/10 host. Anyway thank you so much for sharing this amazing place! Mahalo!AlexPs. Also well stocked on beach and pool amenities, great for families with kids. Also appreciated the pool, definitely not your average pool, obviously a lot of effort put into the design.

Beautiful home in a wonderful and convenient location. Our family of 10 was so comfortable and entertained. We LOVED the pool, enjoyed seeing the wild chickens and thought the frog and bird sounds were a nature sound system. Can't wait to visit again.

Family vacation

We booked this property because it is listed as 4bd. The 4th bedroom is actually just a cut-out off of the kitchen, no door. The house doesn’t have air conditioning but most houses do not in Hawaii. It does get really hot in the bedrooms until around 9/10 pm. The primary bathroom shower is very tiny and needs some repairs. The kitchen is open and nice. We could have used a cookie sheet but we made do. The pool was great and refreshing. Be prepared for the road noise. Sitting out on the Lanai all you hear are the cars zooming by. The view is beautiful so you have to choose what you are willing to sacrifice.

We had a great time! Pool guy came on Wednesday and yard guy came on Thursday. Perhaps swap days. Ended up with grass in the pool from walking back and forth after the yard guy left.

This is an excellent set-up for family or friends. They seem to have an insect problem that probably needs to be addressed but other than that the home is close & convenient to shopping & beaches. It was very enjoyable.

Great location and the perfect stay!

First time to Kona and this house was perfect. We have a family of 6 so it fit us perfectly with an open concept and plenty of outdoor space I would highly recommend and will probably stay here again the next time.

Wonderful place for our family vacation

The house was close to the airport (a plus since we had early flights out), near the beaches and the downtown area, and about a half-hour drive to resort golf courses. It was clean and had a spacious, open floor plan for gathering. We had ample room for meal prep, serving, and eating at the roomy counter with barstools. Seating in the living area was comfy and adequate. There were three bedrooms, a bed, and a pull-out sofa for plenty of sleeping areas. Three screened sliding doors, windows, and ceiling fans kept the house cool and comfortable. The outdoor shower helped keep sand from getting into the house after trips to the beach. The big patio had long tables and chairs for dining al fresco and a comfy rattan seating space. The BBQ area was another small gathering place with a table and rattan benches, so the cook wasn't left out of the fun. The pool was a nice alternative to the beach when we wanted to have water fun without sand or leaving the house. We appreciated the washer and dryer. Beach towels, pool toys, and sunblock were available, too. Janie, the host, was friendly, responsive, and professional, and made our stay smooth and easy. If you plan to visit Kona, we highly recommend this property for spacious, comfortable, and relaxing lodging.

Lovely home with great space and features.

The house was plenty big for our group of 6. We enjoyed the pool very much, we swam at least once a day. The outdoor shower was great to get cleaned up after a day at the beach. The house was clean and well appointedThe kitchen had all of the necessary cookware and utensils. The location was nice. Just a 15 minute drive to Kona town with several beaches within 30 minutes. It would be nice to have one or two more stand fans, as the house does get quite warm and takes some time to cool off at night. If we find our way back to the big island, this home would definitely be one we check for availability.

Best Vacation Home

Traveling with my family for a wedding. From pre-booking until checkout host Janie was easy to work with. We didn’t experience any issues during our stay. The house is perfectly located with short drive times into town and to the beaches. Most conveniently being close to the airport. Being from Hawaii this house brought me home again. The view of the ocean and sunset is amazing! The kids enjoyed the pool and the ability to have a good time in a safe space. I would highly recommend this place for families wanting to experience Hawaii or wanting to return home for a visit. This home has everything we needed to be comfortable. Gorgeous view and comfy house!

Swam twice a day and enjpyed the outdoor patio dining! Very relaxing stay. Beds were so comfortable! Kitchen had everything you need!

Excellent Host and very good location

Janie was very responsive to our needs and responded to our minor questions quickly. Location is convenient for driving to many places on west side of the island. The street is a bit noisy in the morning but the birds singing help make up for that. Great views and places to be outside. I would definitely come back.

Loved the house

The house was wonderful and in a great location. It was well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and really appreciated all the pool toys and beach towels and chairs that were available for our use. The outside shower was great for rinsing off. Our host Janie was very helpful and quickly responded to any questions we had.

January 2025 vacation

The location was great, not far from town and not in the busy area of Kona. The property was great for our large family. Only downside was the traffic noise early in the am but otherwise you don't notice it. Quick drive to airport. Great host! Great view of the ocean.
