Experience the beauty of Hawaii at Kanaloa 3304, a private and spacious oceanfront vacation rental in Kona located just steps from Heeia Bay. This 3-bedroom, 3-bath Big Island condo offers stunning ocean views, central air conditioning, Hawaiian décor, and all the modern comforts needed for a relaxing stay. Ideal for families or up to three couples, this Kona vacation condo is perfectly situated near beaches, golf, dining, shopping, and countless island adventures.

Oceanfront Comfort and Island Style
The primary bedroom features spectacular ocean views, a king bed, vaulted ceilings, TV, and a private en suite bath. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed, ocean views, and a full bath. The upstairs loft provides flexible sleeping space with a king bed, TV, and another full bath—perfect for guests needing privacy or a workspace.

The open kitchen flows into a bright, vaulted living area with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. Step out onto the large covered lanai, complete with a wet bar and dining area for six, and enjoy open-air meals overlooking the waves. From October through February, guests are treated to unforgettable sunset views from the lanai.

Kanaloa at Kona Resort offers three swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, and barbecue areas for your enjoyment. Guests also have access to beach gear including towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and tennis racquets.

PARADISE!!!

Everything about this property was perfect! Super clean, super comfortable, super easy!!! We can not wait to return. So many great memories made at the condo/pool/lagoon. Plenty of space for a large family. The views are 10 stars! We ate every meal on the patio and cooked many meals. The kitchen was very well stocked and a target, Costco and grocery store very close. Seriously, this is an amazing vacation rental!!!

Great location, views. WiFi did not work consistently. Did receive tech support which helped temporarily. When it failed again I chose not to pursue it further. Perhaps if I had, it could have been permanently fixed. Kitchen needs a can opener!

Beautiful view!!! Well located. Quite community. Grocery store and several restaurants just a short walk away. Three outfitters are in walking distance as well. Would definitely stay here again!

My guess is, when you stay you’ll rate it 5 stars. I just couldn’t and here’s why. The up stairs space is a pullout couch with an uncomfortable, super thin mattress pad. So we bought a 3 inch topper and it was fine. I learned later from the property management company that was the tipping point for the owners to buy a full-size bed. So enjoy. 😉 The kitchen is well stocked, the outside space at Sunset is stunning. Everything worked. Love the master suite and shower. Will return.

We had plenty of room for 3 kids and 3 adults. Very well equipped. Kids loved all the beach things. Adults loved the lanai. Enjoyed sunsets at the ocean front pool and convenient snorkeling next to condo. Doughnuts early in the morning at the KTA up the hill are amazing!

the nicest condo we had in visiting 4 islands over 13 days. Gorgeous location and spectacular view. Listening to the waves 24/7 was soooo peaceful! 2nd floor is like having your own apartment! This is where to stay!

Beautiful waterfront location, great view, several pools, nice lanai. Inside the property is nice, we encountered an issue with a dead cable box, a small issue with the ceiling fan switch not responding and the exhaust fan in the hall bathroom not working. Cable company came out next morning and replaced the box. Assigned parking is very helpful but. It's hot in Kanaloa, but there is AC.

The two bedroom with loft condo was spacious, great views of the bay off the lanai, lovely pools, close to snorkeling, golf course within property, groceries with fresh produce and restaurants just a mile away. Highly recommended.

Excellent location, convenient and beautiful

Perfect place to watch the sunsets over the ocean and see the tour groups go manta ray viewing. Convenient to Kona but with virtually no traffic. Highly recommend!

Spectacular Condo

The condo was just how the pictures presented itself! The views were amazing from every room. The place was super clean. I was there with my family of 4 and inlaws and there was enough space for everyone to be comfortable. The property also had wonderful pools that we enjoyed daily. The sunset can be viewed while swimming in one of the three pools. The cove the condo over looked was great for snorkeling. The condo had a ice chest and bamboo mats to use at the beach along with some pool toys. My family would love to stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We loved it!

The condo was exactly as described and better! The location was superb. So serene and convenient to nature, while also being convenient to amenities and other sights. We loved that our son could go fishing right out in front of our condo, my husband could go for a morning swim in the same bay and we could all enjoy the pool, sunsets and grounds overall. The owners have really taken care to stock items fully and the place is very well maintained. We have 3 teens and everyone had ample space for privacy and the deck was a nice place for us to convene for breakfast or to enjoy the daily sunsets at about 5:30pm. We bought freshly caught ahi near the Keauhou shopping center as well as delicious poke at KTA (we are fresh fish fiends!) - all within a short drive or walk from the condo. My only negative was the layers of bureaucracy surrounding the rental of this place. There is VRBO, Elite Pacific and then the onsite property managers. The onsite team was rude and borderline angry at us because we did not know that we needed to do certain things in person to register(proof of negative COVID test, etc). We filled out an extensive form with Elite Vacations (and of course at the airport) and didn't know we had to do more onsite. Elite also called and emailed me a number of times because I had not filled out their survey prior to the trip. My son was ill before we left and I could not attend to it as quickly as they wanted me to. It felt unnecessarily pressure- filled for a simple condo rental. The condo is outstanding in every way, BUT the layers of bureaucracy can definitely be improved upon. Mahalo!!
