Wonderful condo located in an ocean-front property just minutes from downtown Kona. The condo features tile floors, fully remodeled kitchen, a brand new split-system AC, recently remodeled full bathroom with step-in shower, recently replaced queen Murphy fold-up bed, plenty of seating in the living area and bar, flat screen TV with Free Wi-Fi, and a gorgeous newly landscaped lanai with sitting and dining area and working fountain. This complex boasts an ocean-front pool with a cabana that has seating, two public bathrooms, and a lava rock grill. Perfect to hang out, watch gorgeous sunsets, and have a great meal. There is also free assigned parking for each unit (very close) and laundry facilities are just a moment's walk from this unit.

Wonderful Condo and Host
Sweet Studio Condo on the water in Kona. The Lanai was very private, and lush. Everything you could want for water toys/supplies was there for my use. Myrna graciously allowed me to stay for late checkout for a late flight. The location was perfect. Highly recommend Green Flash Coffee/smoothie Place right next door! I was there for a wedding, but when I was alone, I had a great time too.....I could walk to Beach, Market, Coffee House...and the pool has a great water view. I highly recommend Kona Shores, and Sweet Myrna!

A Comfy Place in Paradise
This was our second trip to this property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is super comfortable and quiet. We love the layout and the furniture and bed are quite nice. Our host, Myrna, is always available and it is easy to see why she is a Premier Host. She is so helpful. We are looking forward to out next stay.

Just Right!
My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Myrna's condo. It was Just Right for the two of us. Well stocked with everthing we needed and more! Beautiful location with a sunset view that was awesome. We were able to easily make day trips to every part of the island with easy access to all the major highways. It seemed like everything was brand new, range, microwave, AC, bathroom and more. Would totally recommend to family and friends. We were so lucky to come across this wonderful condo. The beach towels, umbrella, 1 pair of small fins, and coolers came in so handy. Thank you for a great stay, would come back again!

Beautiful! Perfect Location.
Beautiful and perfect location. Having a full kitchen was wonderful. 1 mile from all the bars and restaurants for a short walk or bike ride. Bike rental right outside the condo entrance. Walmart, costco, and target were also a short drive away. AMAZING VALUE.
