Fabulous Oceanfront Two Bedroom w/Huge Lanai & Central A/C!

SPECTACULAR ABSOLUTE OCEANFRONT 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom condo in Kailua-Kona!!

The spacious lanai starts and ends your day in paradise. Enjoy your morning coffee and relax to the sound of the surf while watching whales (in season), spinner dolphins, outriggers, and the brilliant blue Pacific Ocean. Experience glorious sunsets with a beverage of choice in hand, relaxing in any of the comfortable seating, including a higher seating dining table (not bistro height) to help with viewing ocean while dining right next to it!

The condo is part of a boutique complex that has only 15 units, an ocean-front swimming pool, and small sandy beach area. The condo is centrally located mid-point on Alii Drive, 2 miles South of downtown Kailua-Kona, and conveniently close to beaches, shopping, and dining.

The fully air-conditioned condo has a King Bed in the Ocean-front Primary Bedroom, and also in the guest bedroom. Both bathrooms have beautiful walk-in tiled showers, granite vanity tops and imported sinks for fun color! The kitchen is well stocked and has granite counter tops and lots of counter space. All new stainless steel appliances. The condo has new comfortable furniture with ample seating, quality towels and linens, washer/dryer, along with a million dollar view that will all help to make for an absolutely blissful vacation! This very clean condo is perfect for a family visit, or for just a romantic getaway!

The condo is on the second floor of a three story building and has assigned, covered parking space.

We do have an elevator for getting to the 2nd and 3rd floor, but at entry to building, there are 5 steps/stairs to get to the first floor and elevator.

Wonderful Stay in Kona Kailua

The unit overall is nice, but the Master bedroom and Lani overlooking the water is amazing! A lap pool which was great when the waves were to big to go in the ocean. Really enjoyed our stay. Hope to come back soon.

Lanai is amazing!

This was the perfect condo for our stay. The views are stunning. The property is exceptionally clean and has all the little extras that you would need. Having the extra beach gear really came in handy and was much appreciated. It also has AC which really was very nice. Cant say enough wonderful things about this property!

Great location and beautiful views

This was the perfect spot. Not too far from town but not in the thick of it. We could walk to a local craft market and local coffee place(Green Flash) and good snorkeling not too far away. The view was incredible. Couldn’t have been better.

Wonderful location!

The lanai as shown in the photo is accessible from wall-sized sliders in both the living area and the master bedroom. Beautiful, and you can hear the surf from every room. The condo is fully stocked and includes beach / snorkel gear. The location is on the trolley line and is an easy ride or drive to snorkel beaches and the town of Kailua. We had a great 10 days here and recommend it!

Perfect place for the perfect holiday

My 4th trip to Kona and this was by far the best place I have stayed. With the beautiful sea breeze flowing through the home, watching sunsets on the balcony and waking up to the sound of the ocean, this place was pure heaven. The owners and care takers were lovely and it was the little things they added that made this place feel like home. Highly recommend this place, although I want to keep it a secret so it's available to me when I return.

We loved the location, the large lanai with comfy furniture, and the spectacular view. Sea turtles visited the tide pools below daily and we saw dolphins and whales from time to time. The unit is spacious and comfortable and the AC is great. Can't wait to go back!
