Kona by the Sea 408 is an absolute oceanfront condo. This spacious suite is a 2 bedroom - 2 bath well-lit condo with CENTRAL AC and has seen many recent improvements. A new central AC system and washer dryer were installed recently, as well as new, upgraded furnishings. This rental requires a minimum 30-day reservation. No smoking. No pets. Free parking for one vehicle. Registration is a must. Additional parking may be purchased at the front desk.

Kona by the Sea is an oceanfront property. This spacious suite is a 2 bedroom - 2 bath well-lit condo that has seen many recent improvements, including upgraded furnishings. Enjoy a great view of the ocean and pool. An elevator makes for easy access from the ground floor. Amenities include high speed wifi, perfect for video chatting or zoom meetings for those who work remotely while enjoying being in Hawaii. Kona by the Sea has 2 pools. Fantastic location oceanfront overlooking the surf from top floor, looking down at the beach and palm trees. The pool and barbeques are so nicely maintained. Parking was easy, plenty of room. And it was very quiet. Can't hear neighbors and entire complex was always serene. Thank you!

Kona Reef

Location of this property and view from the condo was magnificent. Amenities were plentiful and property management excellent. We would return. Suggestions would be to clean carpet and to provide information at the condo about location amenities, check out process, how to use wi-fi, etc. There were no instructions. VRBO contact could have been friendlier. This had not been my experience at other properties.
