Fantastic spot to be the homebase for exploring Kona and its surroundings. Clean, comfortable beds, a welcome pack of coffee beans, and falling asleep to the sound of waves- all big hits! Would stay again here in a heartbeat.

Really enjoyed the location - so very close to Magic Sands Beach and the highly suggested Magics Beach Grill. Also enjoyed the dedicated parking and community amenities. Ryan and the team at CasaGo Kona took care of us when we needed attention.The furniture has been updated since the photos were last taken for a more modern feel which was a nice surprise.

We enjoyed our stay here, especially the location being a quick walk right across the street to the Magic Sands Beach. The unit is little dated in its furnishings and finishes. But, everything worked just fine, and it served our family well.

The location and property of this condo is amazing! Right across the street from Magic Sands Beach. The pool, hot tub, sauna, pool table, BBQ area and the grounds were very well kept and beautiful. The condo itself was clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed( rice cooker, blender, pots, pans, etc….). Condo itself and the furnishings were dated though. Just needs a bit of love and some updating!

The kitchen wass full off ants. When the stay ends, I received an unfair and disproportionate sanction by the company for 500$ (the comunnity send me a notification without penalty). But the company CASAGO charged in muy credit car without muy permission

This property has some pros and cons. Our family of 4 loved the two bedrooms/2 bath. The Lani and bedroom had spectacular ocean views. Location was great as it was across the street from the beach. We had a covered parking space included. Beds were comfortable and unit has washer/dryer and dishwasher. Great location on the main beachfront road. About 1-2 miles from restaurants and shopping. We had a car, but noticed there is a bus. Lots of people walk and jog along the water front. Cons were that the interior needs to be remodeled. It’s old with 1970’s fixtures and plumbing. We had two plumbing issues during our stay that were not addressed when I called property manager. They said they’d try to send someone out the next day and never did. New furniture, but it wasn’t comfortable. The TV remote didn’t work in the bedroom so we could only watch tv in the livingroom. I wouldn’t stay here again until it was remodeled.
