Location, location, location is important, and we love our location. Our home is just an 8-minute drive from Kona International Airport, and about 2.5 miles up the mountain into beautiful Kona Palisades. There's zero airport noise, lovely ocean and sunset views, and gentle breezes. We are located about 10 minutes from Costco and 15 minutes from the heart of Kailua-Kona town. There are beautiful beaches such as Pine Trees, Kukio Beach, and Kua Bay located just 15-20 minutes away.

We will email our guests a link to our digital Guidebook about a week before check-in, but message us if you'd like to preview it sooner. The Guidebook will display our keyless check-in and check-out procedures, describe our numerous amenities, explain the house rules, and provide our recommendations for dining, beaches, shopping, and more.

Favorite place we stayed

This was our favorite place we stayed during our Hawaii family vacation. The home was modern, clean and comfortable, and the location was ideal, close to the airport and harbor but up on the hill where it is a little cooler. And the view of the sunset out the back was amazing!

Frequent Big Island Visitors

We highly recommend this home! Convenient location in a peaceful neighborhood. It's well maintained, very clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. The views from the lanai and most rooms were fabulous and the sunsets spectacular. Great communication with the hosts and they were very welcoming. We visit the Big Island often and have stayed in many homes, condos and hotels... and now we will definitely try to book this home again. Aloha!
