We have it all! Cozy and comfy 1 bdroom with everything you could possibly need!

There's no better choice for your Kailua-Kona stay. Our unit is less than two blocks from the historic Kailua Bay and the famous Ali'i Dr. which boasts restaurants and shops galore.
Our condo community offers a designated parking space, an inviting pool, barbecue area, and coin operated laundry facility.
Our charming condo is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath downstairs unit. The livingroom boasts a comfortable modular sectional that can be arranged to create an additional 58x58" sleeping area! There is a new 65" smart television for your viewing pleasure.
We have a coffee/wine station that is stocked with a Kuerig, an electric tea kettle, and a traditional coffee brewer. Open the drawer and find a variety of coffee, a variety of teas and hot chocolate. There's also a bottle chilling mini fridge for wine and other beverages.

The kitchen is filled with all the basics and then some! We have rice cooker, Insta pot pressure cooker, blender, toaster, and more. There's a drawer with foil, baggies, saran wrap, and parchment paper.
We honestly tried to think of everything.

The bedroom has a queen size bed, fresh clean linens, extra pillows, plenty of closet space, a smart tv, window fan and window air conditioner.

The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, body soap, shampoo and conditioner. You won't be making phone calls for toilet paper or towels...we are well stocked!

Perfect Stay for 1st Trip to Hawaii!

We had a fantastic stay at this charming Kona condo! From the moment we walked in, the place felt incredibly clean, cozy, and homey—like a true home away from home. The owners really went above and beyond with the amenities. The kitchen had absolutely everything you could need and more!One of the highlights for us was the snorkeling gear - perfect for our self-guided excursion to kealakekua Bay and Honaunau Bay. We also loved how close the condo was to restaurants and shops along Ali'i Drive. It was super convenient to walk everywhere. Also having designated parking was a big plus.All in all, this place had everything imaginable to make our trip easy and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend it and can't wait to stay here again!
